Specific to Readings
All Rosa Psychic’s services, products and websites are for entertainment purposes only.
You must read the following and only proceed with an order for a reading if you agree to the terms and conditions of a psychic and spiritual reading with one of Rosa Psychic’s Readers.
Credit/Debit Card Readings
Remember if you exceed the minutes you booked for you will be charged £1.50 per min.
- You must be 18 or over to participate in a reading with one of Rosa Psychic’s Readers.
- All Calls Are Recorded.
- If you are or have been under any Medical treatment for psychiatric problems that could impair your decision to engage in a psychic and spiritual reading, one of Rosa Psychic’s Readers will need to evaluate and discuss whether the reading can continue.
- Rosa Psychic’s Readers reserves the right to terminate the reading at any time if:
- They feel a connection with a client has not been achieved.
- They feel that the client is not psychologically responding positively and to carry on could cause any harm to the client.
- If the client shows any aggressive or a confrontational attitude.
All information given by one of Rosa Psychic’s Readers is given on the understanding that nothing is 100%, especially the subtle vibrations of psychic and spiritual connections where you have free will to change your path and outcomes.
- The client will take full responsibility, being of sound mind, for accepting or not
- accepting any guidance given, predictions and spiritual communication.
- All information is given for the client to use of their own free will.
- A licensed medical practitioner advice should be sort before any health and or medical related advice given by any Reader working for or on behalf of Rosa Psychic is acted upon.
Credit Card satisfaction pledge
If you are not satisfied with your reading within the first 5 minutes you can terminate the call and ring one of our Receptionist who will be happy to provide you with an alternative reader of your choosing for the full reading. If however your call has lasted longer than 5 minutes before termination we will only be able to give you a reading for the remaining time of your pre-paid reading.
Complaints
Rosa Psychic takes any complaint very seriously. If you have a complaint about any of our services you can use the safe E-Mail form HERE, using the word “Complaint” in the subject field, and will look into the matter and contact you by E-Mail as soon as we can.

Telephone Readings
Live readings are for entertainment purposes only and cost £1.53 per minute from a BT land-line (mobile costs may be higher). You must be 18+ and have the bill payer’s permission to call. Calls are recorded.
Text Readings
Text readings are for entertainment purposes only and cost £1.53 per text. It may take more than one text to reply to your question. You must be 18+ and have the bill payer’s permission to text. Calls are recorded.

Barring of access

- Misuse of any of the services we supply in any way
- Is abusive to either our Readers or Staff
- Has committed an act of fraud
Overseas calls
Rosa Psychic’s Readers are regrettably unable to call you on an overseas number or a mobile phone, but we can arrange for you to call the Reader of your choice directly.
General Use of information data
Rosa Psychic may only use your personal information for our own marketing purposes mailing of a regular newsletter or promotional SMS text message. We will not pass on any of your personal information to any third party unless required to do so by an appropriate regulatory authority.
