but even so it might be worth thinking back to
May 2004 - the last time that Venus was retrograde
in your sign. How well did you fare then? Did relationship
or fashion matters drain resources or were they
sound investments? On the investment theme, this
could be a tricky few weeks with pension funds
particularly affected. A chat with your advisor
at the start of the month with many 'what ifs'
thrown into the discussion may be wise. You could
also give greater thought to insurance and savings
- just in case global financial winds do indeed
turn very chilly mid-month. Then there is the solar
eclipse at the very start of your sign (May 20th).
This is highly significant and may indicate the
dawn of a new partnership era. With your experience
you might prefer to do this with minimal investment
- at least for now. A further possibility is the
need to pare down and get rid of those items which
cost too much to keep. In all respects then it
seems likely that you'll end May in a very different
financial position to its start.

On the one hand you might worry you
don't have enough cash to enjoy the weekend. By
late Saturday those concerns could be pushed aside
- and perhaps because a certain someone is determined
you should have a good time. Perhaps they know
you've been worrying or brooding. They may not
be wrong in sensing that it would be good to bounce
out of this humour. They might also not realise
just how passionately you've felt. Taking it one
day at a time would surely be a good idea. One
thing does seem clear though - you are moving into
new emotional (and domestic?) waters. By next Friday
you may have decided to make a change (decorate)
that changes your mood which in turn changes your
magnetic attraction.
